We are specialized in designing livable, functional, aesthetic and technological spaces; from small renovations and expansions to large-scale buildings, through a conceptual design that meets the customer’s needs, and the development of the final plan set needed for construction.
Besides the design and development of blueprints, we have specialized in graphic representation through 3D models and video animations of our projects, to help our clients visualize and understand the design proposals in detail.
As consultants, we engage in each phase of the project, from schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding process, negotiations with contractors and construction management, and follow up with our client until the project ends.
Our design process is based on close cooperation, coordination and organization with our customers, in order to ensure that our designs are successful and according to the expectations of our customers.
We begin each project with an interview with the client, we learn about their needs, tastes, interests and expectations.
Subsequently a work program taking into account the particularities and details of the site is done, we study the advantages and the challenges that exist with respect to the geographical orientation and existing weather, in order to achieve optimal natural lighting and ventilation. In addition, we began an investigation to obtain appropriate materials for each project.
